An old coaching inn, 'The Burnett' has stood in its own island site in the centre of Banchory for the last 160 years. Traditionally, it has been the
meeting place for locals and tourists alike and is ideally situated for touring Royal Deeside and the North East of Scotland.
Although completely modernised it retains all that is best of the character
and tradition of old whilst offering a high standard of modern comfort and hospitality. All 16 bedrooms are en-suite and tastefully
furnished to a high degree. Facilities include remote teletext TV (including 3 Sky Channels), hairdryer, direct dial telephone and tea/coffee facilities.
In addition, a Residents Lounge is available for those wishing to relax in peace and quiet, away from TV. Tea and coffee can be served here and there is a writing desk with paper
and envelopes.
